My latest buys was Mallery's Bakery Sisters Trilogy, and you can just see how well THAT turned out, *lol*

Stacy: Fire is good, but trading it in (in nearly pristine condition) for a much better romance at my used book store is just as sweet a revenge. ^_^AnimeJunehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18229748454410488167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7348815.post-45964842252514413132008-09-17T10:18:00.000-06:002008-09-17T10:18:00.000-06:00OMG I don't think I could read this. I agree with Kristie, I think I'd want to set it on fire.Stacy~https://www.blogger.com/profile/14919278697757441246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7348815.post-63973692634339317792008-09-16T13:14:00.000-06:002008-09-16T13:14:00.000-06:00This is my first visit to your blog and I am blown...This is my first visit to your blog and I am blown away by the detail you put into every review. And I thought I was doing such a thorough job over at bloggernews.net. :-) I really enjoyed reading several of the reviews and like the way you "bullet" the plot. Interesting approach.

I'll try to come back as often as I can.Maryannwriteshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09479027709233807149noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7348815.post-80705428413614217472008-09-14T13:05:00.000-06:002008-09-14T13:05:00.000-06:00Oh, he sees the error - of suing for custody. Grrr!

I wanted to rip the pages out, too, but thought it would be better if I kept the book intact - the better to sell at my local Used Book Store for credit towards a better book. ^_^AnimeJunehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18229748454410488167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7348815.post-56444223104125489852008-09-14T10:45:00.000-06:002008-09-14T10:45:00.000-06:00Although I've read and loved Susan Mallery's books...Although I've read and loved Susan Mallery's books in the past, I read the first book in this series and was less then impressed. This one sounds like a book I'd want to rip pages out of - rip again, rip again and then burn.
I don't mind if heroes start off as jerks, but if they never see the error of their ways and make amends - that's it! The book is toast to me and that's what this one sounds like!Kristie (J)https://www.blogger.com/profile/15743921647882733738noreply@blogger.com
